According to a police report obtained by News4, it was stated that Mills, described as the victim's significant other, allegedly "grabbed her, shoved her, and pushed her out of the door." During a phone call between the victim and Mills, she reportedly allowed officers to overhear Mills instructing her to misrepresent the source of her bruises.
