• June 2022 - ​Mills dumped $500,000 into his campaign; the FEC is currently inquiring about where these funds came from

• June 27th, 2022 – Mills changed his voter registration using the Vacation Beach Rental as his address. 

• July 25, 2022 – Rana Alsaadi registered to vote in Volusia County, Florida using the $14,000/month New Smyrna Beach vacation rental house as her address

  • Mills voted in the Republican Primary and cast his first vote ever; Mills is on video saying he was deployed so many times that he could never vote - see video here

• August 23, 2022 – Mills won the primary - 27,718 votes out of the 73,700 cast (11,900 Seminole and 15,818 Volusia).

• Oct 2022 – Mills name was taken off his Florida PACEM Solution International LLC and was replaced by Andrew Knaggs and Tarun Handa, but the mailing address is still listed as Falls Church, Virginia. See Florida Department of State filing here.

• November 8, 2022 – Mills won the general election with 177,911 votes (98,221 Seminole and 79,670 Volusia}

• November 15, 2022 – Mills filed paperwork with the Virginia SCC to establish a 1198 Windrock LLC claiming to be a Virginia resident. Also note that Mills continued to claim he was a resident of the State of Virginia throughout 2021 and 2022 as state records, loan applications, car registrations, business office, travel, billings, etc. all show.

  • Mills designated himself as sole member and filed that he is a Virginia resident. See documentation here.

• January 3, 2023 - Mills took seat in Congress for Florida.

• January 9, 2023 - Cory Mills filed his second Congressional Financial Disclosure Report (which was 7 months late).

  • As of January 2023, FEC Reporting shows that Mills owed $1,848,900 to his campaign (as of February 2024 this number has gone up)

    • ​Mills was also in debt to his campaign for over $384,000 to his vendors (as of February 2024 this number is $368,000)

    • Mills said he had between $100,000 and $200,000 in cash assets

    • Mills claimed he earned a salary of $310,271 in the preceding year and $587,248 for the current year

    • Mills claimed that his spouse earned $233,469 in the preceding year and nothing for the current year

• January 18, 2023 – Mills' name was taken off his other two Florida LLCs PACEM Defense LLC and PACEM Estate Holdings LLC that he signed loans for, he was also taken off the ALS, Inc.

  • Andrew Knaggs and Tarun Handa remained on all three businesses as officers/directors. The mailing address is still listed as Falls Church, Virginia for all three businesses. See annual reports here: PACEM Defense LLC / PACEM Estate Holdings LLC / ALS, Inc.​

  • Mills is still the sole member and Virginia Resident RA of PACEM International Solution LLC in Virginia; as of April 23, 2023 he was removed as Virginia Resident RA but is still the sole member​

  • Tarun Handa moved from Virginia to Tampa, Florida; Andrew Knaggs is a long time Virginia resident

  • The mailing address for the LLCs and the ALS Inc is still the Falls Church, Virginia office 

  • PACEM Estate Holdings LLC holds the title to the property and buildings in Florida (the method of transferring the property and the assets of these entities is questionable because they still use the 2941 Fairview Park Dr., Suite 350, Falls Church, VA address for all four of these business - the three PACEM LLCs and ALS, Inc.)

• February 1, 2023 - Cory Mills took out a bridge loan from Wilshire Quinn Income Fund LLC for $2,000,000 under the 1198 Windrock LLC in Virginia; he was able to get this loan despite still owing Waygar Capital, Inc $4,260,00

  • ​Mills and his Wife Rana Alsaadi filed a deed to transfer their Virginia residence to the newly created 1198 Windrock LLC

    • The Deed stated the they both “reside at 1198 Windrock Dr, McLean, Virginia”

    • Mills is also listed as the “Virginia resident who is the registered agent of the LLC“ for Windrock LLC according to Virginia State records

    • Mills maintained that he is a resident of Virginia on his PACEM Solution International LLC thru 2022

    • Mills and Al Saadi took out a $2 million Home Equity line of credit via the LLC; according to Taylor County records they still have a lien on the home with Waygar Capital INC for $4,260,000 in addition to the liens for over $8,360,000 for the Perry Florida properties/company  

    • Note that WAYGAR CAPITAL Loan Documents state that if members of the LLCs change ... the loan must be changed. As of July 2023, this has not been done publicly

    • Mills is required to notify Congress of any changes or transfers of his assets; this has not been done

    • The address of 1198 Windrock LLC is also 2941 Fairview Park Dr., Suite 350, Falls Church, VA

• February 10, 2023 - Cory Mills filed FEC Form 1 to run for reelection in Florida

• April 23, 2023 - Mills removed his name from PACEM Solution International LLC as the Registered Agent and replaced himself with his wife who is now the Virginia Resident for the LLC. See filing here.

  • Mills still has himself listed as the sole member; Alsaadi is telling Volusia County Florida SOE that she is still a registered voter in Florida at the same time.

• May 12, 2023 -Mills filed his Congressional Financial Disclosure Report.

  • He reported he has between $150,000 and $350,000 in cash assets.

  • This time Mills reported that he earned a salary of $310,271 in the preceding year and $1,248,748 for current year salary to date

  • This time Mills reported that his wife earned a salary of $233,469 in the preceding year, and $250,000 for current year salary to date

  • Note that Mills still claims the Florida Property, his residence in Virginia, and owns the PACEM LLCs and ALS, Inc stock

• May 2023 –Mills announced several times at a Meeting at the Southeast Volusia Republican Club meeting that he was a "former business owner"

  • Mills was still listed as the sole member of the Virginia LLC called PACEM Solution International LLC

• June 23, 2023 - Mills, as the sole member of the PACEM Solution International LLC and 1198 Windrock LLC, sold the 1198 Windrock Dr., McLean, Virginia residence for $3,900,000

  • The Waygar Capital, Inc loan for $4,260,000 was released, see release of deed of trust (mortgage) here.​

• June 30, 2023 - The Federal Elections Commission (FEC) reporting period shows that Mills loaned to his Congressional campaign a total of $1,899,400; he has $68,000.00 left in his account and owes several thousands of dollars to his vendors.

• June/July 2023  - Mills began living in Washington, D.C.; in one article from 2023 Mills claimed he is a resident of Florida 70% of the time, in another article he claimed that he moved here, however the New Smynra Beach Vacation Rental Property (see photos and details above) that he claims to own continues to remain empty most of the time as evidenced by water bills showing 0 gallons of usage for 7 of the last 12 months; meanwhile when he does visit Florida, he stays at hotels and charges them to his campaign

• September 7, 2023 - Wilshire Quinn Income Fund LLC released the lien of $2,oo0,000 from the 1198 Windrock Dr., McLean, VA property, see release of bridge loan here.

Based on the information above, a criminal complaint was filed with the Florida Department of State Elections Crime Unit, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and District Attorneys. ​​Voter Registration Fraud as an Outside Resident

• May 28, 2021 – Mills obtained a high-risk foreign loan from WAYGAR CAPITAL INC to replace the two Access Bank loans.

  • WAYGAR Capital Inc filed chattels to secure the 1198 Windrock Dr, McLean, Virginia property and the Perry, Florida property and company rents, earnings, etc. as collateral

• June 15, 2021 – The IRS placed a $111,812.00 Federal Tax Lien on the Mills' PACEM LLC

• July 30, 2021 - Great Falls Construction Company filed a Mechanic's Lien in Virginia against Cory Mills in the amount of $49,481.13

• February 2022 - WAYGAR CAPITAL INC extended the loan

  • Mills and Alsaadi both still maintained the 1198 Windrock Dr, McLean, Virginia address as their primary residence

• February 24, 2022 – The IRS placed a $592,278.00 Federal tax lien on Mills' PACEM LLC

  • Mills claims he hired 150 employees and never laid anyone off

  • Mills claims he ran a very successful business

  • Double reporting donors and amounts on both his PAC and Campaign for the exact same people and amounts

  • Giving money to suspicious LLCs that don't exist and ones just created a few days before he paid them.
