• Never Forgotten LLC is connected with PACEM Solution International LLC which is still in the business of obtaining government contracts and foreign funding. As a congressman, this is a conflict of interest, especially since Mills is on the Foreign Affairs Committee. It's an ethics violation for members of congress to have income from gov contracts.
