Orange County Letter Returned Undeliverable Mills continued to use the Voter ID that he got for 973 Wilma Ave, Winter Park, FL June 1, 2022 – Mills signed, and had notarized, on his Florida Federal Candidate Oat h, that he lived in the high rise building at 260 S. Osceola Ave, Orlando, FL with no specified unit address June 2022 - "That's why I just bought a new house in New Smyrna." Mills told voters at the 2022 Hob Knob event in lake Mary that he purchased a house in New Smyrna in June 2022; there is no sales record . He told a different story to his campaign workers, saying he had signed a contract for a "rent to own" property. THE TRUTH: The house Mills claims to have purchased is actually a fully furnished Vacation Beach Rental House. Mills is renting 2110 Ocean Drive, New Smyrna Beach, Florida for $14,000 per month from the Vacation Beach Rental Management Company Ocean Properties . Note: There was little to no water usage at the vacation rental for 6 out of 12 months of 2023, see utility bills here . Mills' wife and son continued to live in their home in Virginia. Mills traveled back and forth. Mills used a rental vehicle in Florida. June 1, 2022 - Mills claimed he resided at 260 S. Osceola Ave, Orlando, FL ; he signed his Oath of Office using this address without a specified unit number Vacation Renal June 2022 - Mills dumped $500,000 into his campaign; the FEC is currently inquiring about where these funds came from June 27th, 2022 – Mills changed his voter registration using the Vacation Beach Rental as his address. July 25, 2022 – Rana Alsaadi registered to vote in Volusia County, Florida using the $14,000/month New Smyrna Beach vacation rental house as her address Mills voted in the Republican Primary and cast his first vote ever; Mills is on video saying he was deployed so many times that he could never vote - see video here See Florida Voter Records here ; see Mills' voter registration here August 23, 2022 – Mills won the primary - 27,718 votes out of the 73,700 cast (11,900 Seminole and 15,818 Volusia). Oct 2022 – Mills name was taken off his Florida PACEM Solution International LLC and was replaced by Andrew Knaggs and Tarun Handa, but the mailing address is still listed as Falls Church, Virginia. November 8, 2022 – Mills won the general election with 177,911 votes (98,221 Seminole and 79,670 Volusia} November 15, 2022 – Mills filed paperwork with the Virginia SCC to establish a 1198 Windrock LLC claiming to be a Virginia resident . Also note that Mills continued to claim he was a resident of the State of Virginia throughout 2021 and 2022 as state records, loan applications, car registrations, business office, travel, billings, etc. all show. January 9, 2023 - Cory Mills filed his second Congressional Financial Disclosure Report (which was 7 months late). As of January 2023, FEC Reporting shows that Mills owed $1,848,900 to his campaign (as of February 2024 this number has gone up) Mills was also in debt to his campaign for over $384,000 to his vendors (as of February 2024 this number is $368,000) Mills said he had between $100,000 and $200,000 in cash assets Mills claimed he earned a salary of $310,271 in the preceding year and $587,248 for the current year Mills claimed that his spouse earned $233,469 in the preceding year and nothing for the current year January 18, 2023 – Mills' name was taken off his other two Florida LLCs PACEM Defense LLC and PACEM Estate Holdings LLC that he signed loans for, he was also taken off the ALS, Inc. February 1, 2023 - Cory Mills took out a bridge loan from Wilshire Quinn Income Fund LLC for $2,000,000 under the 1198 Windrock LLC in Virginia; he was able to get this loan despite still owing Waygar Capital, Inc $4,260,00 Mills and his Wife Rana Alsaadi filed a deed to transfer their Virginia residence to the newly created 1198 Windrock LLC The Deed stated the they both “reside at 1198 Windrock Dr, McLean, Virginia” Mills is also listed as the “Virginia resident who is the registered agent of the LLC“ for Windrock LLC according to Virginia State records Mills maintained that he is a resident of Virginia on his PACEM Solution International LLC thru 2022 Mills and Al Saadi took out a $2 million Home Equity line of credit via the LLC; according to Taylor County records they still have a lien on the home with Waygar Capital INC for $4,260,000 in addition to the liens for over $8,360,000 for the Perry Florida properties/company Note that WAYGAR CAPITAL Loan Documents state that if members of the LLCs change ... the loan must be changed. June/July 2023 - Mills began living in Washington, D.C.; in one article from 2023 Mills claimed he is a resident of Florida 70% of the time, in another article he claimed that he moved here, however the New Smynra Beach Vacation Rental Property (see photos and details above) that he claims to own continues to remain empty most of the time as evidenced by water bills showing 0 gallons of usage for 7 of the last 12 months; meanwhile when he does visit Florida, he stays at hotels and charges them to his campaign September 7, 2023 - Wilshire Quinn Income Fund LLC released the lien of $2,oo0,000 from the 1198 Windrock Dr., McLean, VA property, see release of bridge loan here .
