June 2007 - Mills and his wife bought a townhome at 13536 Isla Vista Dr., Jacksonville, FL for $461,000 using two mortgages; Cory Mills was in Jacksonville at the time of the purchase and signed the mortgages in person. May 2008 - Imelda Montero Mills filed for divorce.
