Provides Raises to Military Service Members & DOD Civilian Workforce
Improves Military Health Care
Improves Enlisted HousingÂ
Increases Aid for Military Children with Severe Disabilities
Reduces Thresholds Used for Cost-of-Living Allowances to Service Members Assigned to Locations in the Continental U.S.
Requires military accessions and promotions to be based on individual merit and demonstrated performance.Â
Caps the salary of DOD civilian employees whose primary responsibilities involve DEI policy at the GS-10 pay rate.Â
Prevents, except in certain circumstances, Executive Branch agencies from purchasing or operating unmanned aerial systems manufactured in the People’s Republic of China.Â
